The calculator is free. There is no account to create, nothing to buy, and no plan to cancel.

Estimates, not advice

The calculator produces estimates from numbers you supply and benchmark defaults we publish. The output is informational. It is not financial, investment, legal or professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of any result. Decisions you make from it are your own.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We do not promise it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Aliso LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its output.

The live lookup

Step 2 can fetch search volume and cost per click for phrases you have entered. That costs us money per request, so it is capped per visitor and per day. Do not try to work around the caps, automate the lookup, or resell the figures it returns as a data feed. The figures come from DataForSEO by way of Google Ads and are supplied as they reach us, with no promise that they are current or correct.

Web Cited

Two features connect this site to Web Cited, which is run by the same company under separate terms. A button can carry your questions and prompts into the Citation Monitor signup page, and Step 2 can import a Citation Monitor reading from a report link. Both are optional, neither happens until you click, and what Web Cited then does with anything you give it is governed by its own terms and privacy policy rather than these.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, work around the lookup caps, or use the contact form to send spam or unlawful content. We may block access that does any of these.

Content

The text, design and code of the site belong to Aliso LLC. You may use the calculator's output, including printed reports and share links, in your own business cases and client work without attribution.

Changes

We may change the calculator, its defaults and these terms at any time. The date at the top of each page shows the last update.

If part of this does not hold

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something on one occasion does not waive it later. These terms, with the privacy page, are the whole agreement between us about the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts of Orange County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
